We all think of speed around the track as the main aspect of NASCAR, but before we get to witness the speed, we see a pace car controlling the speed.
I’m fascinated by pace in business. Not everyone can move at the same pace–so it’s up to the leaders to push and control the pace of the individuals and the team. Push the pace all the time and you may wear out your team. Don’t push the pace enough and you may fall behind.
Think about pace in your business as it relates to NASCAR.
