A discussion around racial issues in hockey and how to overcome them mentally. In this episode of the RAV Podcast Series, Jake chats with professional hockey player, Greg Mauldin.
Greg has unfortunately been the victim of some racial discrimination in the hockey world. He spoke about these experiences and how he was mentally able to continue in his career despite these issues.
Jake and Greg also spoke about how the passing of Greg’s father had an impact on his mental state in life and in hockey.
This conversation with Jake and Greg is truly raw, authentic, and vulnerable.
